This is a pretty good circuit WOD. We haven’t done a circuit / station WOD in a while.  Going to start adding more workouts like this to the training mix.  For Time…

  • 20 Wall Balls (#20)
  • 20 Box Jumps
  • 20 Kettle Bell Swings (#32)
  • 20 Sit Ups

Time: 13:53…. this one left me breathing pretty hard. The box jumps kick my ass every time.
